Is the website free?
Yes. The whole guide — villages, route legs, tides, winds — is open and free.
Can you help organize my trip? How much does it cost?
On WhatsApp, we answer questions about the whole route and, in Atins, prepare quotes and pass on requests for transfers, stays and tours to local providers. Quotes are free. Clear pricing: you see the total price before you confirm.
Do you cover the whole route?
Not yet. Today we cover Atins (1 of 28 villages) and we're growing along the corridor. In the other villages, the guide stays complete and we'll still talk with you.
What languages is Rota Insider available in?
The website and the guides are in Portuguese, English, French, Italian and Spanish. On WhatsApp, we reply in Portuguese, English and Italian, and in Spanish and French with the help of a translator. Providers mostly speak Portuguese, but many also speak English or Spanish.
When is the best time to visit the Rota das Emoções?
Lençóis Maranhenses: June–September (lagoons are fullest after rainy season). Jericoacoara and Preá: August–January (best wind for kitesurfing). Delta do Parnaíba: year-round, but July–October for bird watching.
