Accessible only by buggy or on foot along the beach. Book accommodation in advance — options are few and fill up fast in high season. There are no formal restaurants: most guesthouses include meals. Bring sunscreen and insect repellent — there is no pharmacy.
Barrinha is the exclusive retreat hidden between Jeri and Guriú — a sand spit where absolute silence and untouched coconut groves create the most private experience on the entire Rota das Emoções. Here luxury is the absence of everything except natural beauty.
